Work is quoted for only after a site survey has been completed. It is the same person performing the survey that will perform any work to prevent communication breakdowns between staff. Experience has told us that correct measurements need to be made and correct evaluations of potential problems need to be raised before a project starts. Prices quoted for projects are therefore the correct prices and not subject to change, unless project specifications are changed by the customer.
